Citizen's Against Legal And Moral Abuse, Inc. Provides Education, Research, Help And Support To Those Abused Legally, Ethically Or Morally. Many areas of abuse include corruption, lawyers overcharging for services, police officers lying on police reports, lies on court documents and police reports for the sole purpose of harassing another person, laws that are not being utilized as they should be, laws that are not being enforced, problems in the workplace, or any other possible abuses that is brought to our attention. We will review each case and decide what category it falls into and what options we can offer to the person/persons being affected from the abuse.

Morality and Ethical Issues

Moral issues come in many forms and so does moral abuse. Such as when you were treated in a way that made you feel angry, hurt, humiliated, or uncomfortable in some way. In contrast, morality can also make you feel good about yourself if you were treated in a respectful and caring manner by others.

Basically, moral abuse is anything that does not fall under the category of legal abuse. Morality refers to what is right and wrong in any given situation. Although, moral and legal abuse can be interchangeable depending on the situation, legal abuse is more on the legal realm and can include arresting individuals as well as people abusing the justice system with lies and deception with absolutely no repercussions for their actions.
Here are just a few examples of immoral and unethical behaviors such as:
    • The way you were treated in a public place like a restaurant, a college campus, place of employment, a store, your own neighborhood, or a doctors office to name just a few.
    • Mistakes on your credit report or intentional acts put on your report by companies that had no business placing them on your report in the first place.
    • A trucking company putting something on your DAC Report that caused other trucking companies to decline to hire you.
    • Doctors that disregard everything you tell them or negligently refused to help you. Some doctors are proponents to insurance companies which may or may not be the reason you were not given the proper medical care.
    • Mistreatment at your employment by your employer or employees.
    • Being cheated out of your paycheck by a trucking company or some other company that refused to pay you what you are owed.
    • Your loved one that was or is being mistreated in a nursing home.
    • Being slandered or ridiculed in some way.

These are just a few areas that fall under moral issues/abuse. If a situation is brought to our attention, we may know of laws or rules that could be applied to help in that situation. Furthermore, if we don't know the answer, we may be able to find the solution by researching various areas until an answer is found. We say this, because there very well may be rules or even laws to protect you if you only knew they existed.

On the other hand, if you would like to rank a place in a positive realm, we would love to give the place or the people involved the credit they deserve.

May the immorality facing humanity be solved by all of us working together to help make it happen.
